PB connexion NAS Server

Hi, my pb is that I can't connect my NAS server Synology with my ACEPC - AK1.
The message when I connect a network drive is : “a specified logon session does not exist. it may already have been terminated”.
The login and password are ok, tested on other PCs ...
I have tested many solutions on the web, without success :cry:
Please, I you have an idea...

Hello, this is a new attempt. Please send us the screenshot that appears on the screen. We will transfer it to the factory and conduct experiments. Thank you for your support to ACEPC.
