AK1 Can't make microphone work

For the problem of microphone recording, let the customer try again according to the following precautions;
1. AK1 is a two-in-one headphone and microphone interface, please try it with four headphones (you can use the earphone of android phone)

Hi,

I've checked the jack and it look like the one in your picture, and I tried two different headphones but in "Sound settings/Input" appear, "No input devices found" (see attach image).

Check whether the device driver is lost in the device manager. Reinstall the sound card driver.

May I ask, is this a new problem or an old one. In other words can you tell me has it ever worked, or for that matter has any microphone please?
