ACEPC AK1- INSTALL UBUNTU

Hi everyone. I just bought Acepc AK1 and i also bought SSD to expand the memory. By necessity I have to install Ubuntu on the SSD memory. I'm not BIOS expert so I would like to know how to go about installing. And in particular how to make SSD memory with Ubuntu the main memory.
Also if I would use the emmc internal memory in the future without Windows OS by default but as additional storage to the Ubuntu system, how should I do?
