The solution to automatically draw a dotted frame when the mouse moves in the win10 system

What should I do if this dashed frame appears without clicking the left or right mouse button on the desktop? I will take you to solve this problem below.

1. On the desktop of the win10 system, right-click [This computer] and select [Properties].

2. Click [Advanced System Settings].

3. Click [Settings] in [Performance] option in [System] properties.

4. In the [Visual Effects] option, tick [Use shadows for icon labels on the desktop]. Then 【Apply】【OK】.

5. Return to the Start menu of the win10 system desktop. Just restart the computer.
