AK1 black screen?

Hello, I recently purchased an AK1 mini pc, and opened up Adobe Photoshop on it about 1 hour after setting everything up. Then the pc randomly shut off after a few seconds. It won’t turn back on. I checked the monitor and the outlet I plugged it into. Both seem to work fine. I’m unsure how I can fix this problem. Thank you.
