The bios on my device has a fault and needs updating.
Where can I download an updated bios?

You should try booting into the BIOS (repeatedly press or press and hold the Del key on Startup), then use the F Key indicated on the right to reset everything to default values. Then save and exit.
If this doesn't help, you should contact barry, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com.
In the email make sure to specify which model you have, and if purchased from Amazon, the order number. Make sure to also note anything that precipitated the issue.
