Nose que ha pasado pero cuando enciendo ordenado no funcionan las luces ni las de arriba ni las de botón, azul verde y roja

Primero agradecer tu respuesta, pero yo no lo compre por Amazon sino por aliexpress, igualmente no es que haga fallo es que directamente no enciende ninguna luz.

If AM08 Pro is running normally but only the lighting is abnormal, this may be a lighting wiring failure. Please contact the service specialist of the platform seller.
