AD15 : Freeze several times a week

Hello,

My System freezes and requires a reboot with a long press on the power button. Sometimes it doesn't restart and I get a black screen. The drivers are up to date and I reinstalled Windows 11.

I saw other users had the same problem

Thanks for your help.

Because he'll almost assuredly ask for it, you should send a video/picture of the failure and Amazon order number to barry@minipcunion.com, who is a tech for the company.

You're quite welcome. It took me a minute to remember that the forum's auto translator sometimes changes my name. I've seen some other funny ones too. I think it gets confused. 🤣🤣🤣

Can the problem be fixed after reinstalling the Windows system?

Good morning,

Sorry for the delay in my response. I replaced the SSD with another and reinstalled Windows 11 as well as the drivers you recommend. I also replaced the RAM. The e PC freezes regularly. Sleep is deactivated.

Though barry replied, if you haven't already done so, I would contact him at the email address given above.

If you have changed the video memory settings of the BIOS or modified the memory settings, it is recommended to restore them; modifying these settings may cause incompatibility.
