I think the 'request' he's referring to is me saying that it's ridiculous that there's no customer service available from Firebat or the parent company.

The latest suggestion was to contact the "Official Firebat Store" on AliExpress.

This is just unreal. I don't blame the seller(s), I blame Firebat themselves. They really dropped the ball when it comes to their practically non existent customer service. SMH.

Ils ont fonctionnés presque deux semaines, puis j'ai essayé de contacter le support et le temps a passé

Je les utiliserai dans le privé, là où on a pas forcément besoin du TPM.
