AM06 Trojan Virus found

I did a thorough Microsoft Defender Virus Scan on my AM06.
It reported two threats, Trojan:Wind32/Redline!MSR, and Trojan:Win32/Malgent!MTB

I belatedly noticed this was also mentioned in numerous Amazon product reviews.

Why is there no mention of this on this board? ( no match searching trojan or virus)

What should I do next?
