Hi,
I spent a lot of time to find a data sheet for S1 but finally didn't.
Most likely I'm interested in maximum RAM value for each slot.

If somebody can help, in best case share the manual.

To my knowledge there is only one slot for ram that will take 16gb 3200mhz

The maximum storage capacity is 2TB per slot, for a total of 4TB. With this said, the outer slot is SATA only, whereas the inner slot supports both NVMe and SATA.

Now that's the officially stated capacity. Sometimes people have found that a slot will actually support more than its stated capacity in various models, but whether this is the case with the S1 I don't know.

Again, to my knowledge it is soldered to the motherboard and there is no socket.

Yep. I took the cover off of mine and you can see it's a very small card that's directly soldered to the board.

Currently, S1 uses an integrated wireless module and does not support replacement; however, it can be connected to an external wireless network card.

S1 (N100) 16+1TB, using WiFi6 wireless module;
S1 (N95) 16+1TB, using WiFi6 wireless module;
S1 (N97) 16+512GB, uses WiFi6 wireless module.

S1 (N100) 16+512GB, uses WiFi5 wireless module;
S1 (N95) 16+512GB, uses WiFi5 wireless module;
