Won't power on

BOSGAME Mini PC H77, AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS, AMD Radeon 680M Graphics, 32GB DDR5 512GB PCIe4.0 SSD Windows 11 Pro Mini Gaming PC, USB 4.0/Wi-Fi 6/Bluetooth 5.2/2.5Gbps LAN
Tried CMOS reset, and holding power button down. When trying to get it to work I noticed a spark when plugging the power cord in the unit. Nothing happens when I press the power button. I'm new to mini PCs. I don't even know the breakdown of parts besides ram and SSD. Is there a part between the power and board which acts like a fuse?
