I have checked your bios dump file, unfortunately it's not a full dump than needed to reflash bios success. You received not a full dump. I can say that, the fist part of binary file is missing. Your dump begin from 0x500000 offset relative to the full file dump.
That is, from offset 0x000000 to offset 0x500000 (relative to the full dump), this part is missing in your version.

J'ai un PC Fierbat TK11 i5-11320
BIOS AMI V5.19 TK12H 0.01 x64

Sauf que windows ne fonctionne plus et je n'arrive pas à le réinitialiser, car il ne trouve pas le TPM 2.0 et je n'arrive pas à l'activer dans le BIOS.
Existe-t-il une astuce pour faire cela ?

Si j'arrive à réinstaller Windows je vous fait volontier un DUMP.
