What about to create a RAID 1 or 0

Hi Folks!
I have the amazing AMD Ryzen 7 5800U, so I'm upgrading several stuff, so I'm thinking of adding another equal disc to create a RAID array, maybe Raid 1 or RAID 0.
I was looking at the AMD configuration to create the array by hardware, but I cannot find it, Does someone here have any documentation success cases way hardware chipset?
I know with Ubuntu or Windows OS works, (I can do it), but that would be great an scratch OS installation for the motherboard option raid enable.
