I pressed ESC then it said Entering Setup, I waited for 10 minutes but nothing happen.

I did a hard restart and still shows up this American Megatrends.

I disconnected everything, then pressed the reset button for at least 10 seconds and still American Megatrends.

Please help me fix this.

First, for that 'just in case' scenario, I'd try reseating the drive and RAM. Make sure to discharge all power before doing so by disconnecting everything, including the power, and then pushing the power button for a second or two.

If reseating the drive and RAM and the CMOS reset didn't help, I'd directly contact barry, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com. Make sure to explain what you've already tried.

You can refer to gabe's method and refer to the video:

You can also try the following:
1. Disconnect all peripherals, use the card pin to press the reset button (located under the audio interface on the front panel) for 8 to 10 seconds, then reconnect the power source and try to turn it on;
2. Back up the built-in SSD data and reinstall the system.

I solved the problem. When I boot up my AMR5 without the SSD it goes to BIOS. When I booted up my AMR5 with the SSD it stuck at the screen. Turns out the SSD is dead. I put a new SSD in and use a bootable USB to install Windows 11. Now it's working.

The SSD that come with the AMR5 5600U is some unknown cheap Chinese brand.
