Bradders,

Unfortunately, the system currently listed on the site for the GK3 is Windows 10 Pro 2004, which isn't even supported by Microsoft anymore. I'll contact barry, a tech for the company, to see if there is a more up to date version available, such as 22H2, and then post when I find out. He may also post it here himself.

Many thanks Gabe/Barry, for your swift response, I will down load and install.

I note from other comments there is discussion about needing to update the BIOS or such for windows 11 - Do I need anything further other than install the file downloaded please?

Thanks again.

Phil.

Some GK3 models support Windows 11 from the get go, while some that don't do have BIOS updates available.

Your best bet is to enter the BIOS on startup (press and hold or repeatedly press the Del key) and see what version it has. Apparently they have a BIOS update for the three versions listed in this post.

Hi Gabe, sorry to bother you again, but I am in unknown territory here;-). I down loaded the Rar file for version V25. It loaded the bios up date successfully as per the word doc, but then stopped as shown in the attached photo! The next process seems not to have run! What do I need to do please?

Bradders,

I would contact barry, a tech for the company, directly at barry@minipcunion.com. Hopefully he'll be able to help get it straightened out.
