Can’t turn off secure boot for a project

I’m using a mini PC and I can’t seem to disable secure boot. All of it is grey and I can’t change a thing on it. I have administrator password and I still cannot change the secure boot option. Please help!

By default, AK1 Pro's secure boot is not activated. You can refer to how to enable secure boot:
