Hello,
I waited for after-sales processing and they gave me directions to open the case and change the battery. When I removed the rubber feet, I found that three out of the four screws are stripped from someone's previous attempt to open the case!
I made them aware of this, but have heard nothing since.
I clearly have no way of removing the three remaining screws.
What do you propose at this point?
