Auto translation is downright comical...

The auto translation on this site is downright comical. I've seen scores of members' names changed over the months, but I noticed that now it's changing my name too. I never knew that my name actually translated into 'Without' in some language.

I wondered why names showed up incorrectly! Have you found a way to disable the auto-translate?

It's part of the community itself. Not anything that we as users can control individually.

Ultimately it's a good thing, at least with regard to translating the posts in other languages without us having to do it ourselves. The name changes are still funny though, if not a little annoying at times.

maybe there is a way to apply the translation only to the posts and titles... that would be really great
