Touchpad scroll, does this laptop have it?

This is very annoying to me that I can’t scroll using my touchpad, is this not a feature on the AX-15 laptop?

Have u tried just holding ur finger down on touchpad and and have the curser on the scroll bar in whatever your using at that time? just use ur finger on the touchpad with it being held downand move finger either up or down.

Check whether the touchpad is locked. You can use the key combination FN + space bar to unlock the touchpad. Refer to the video:
