BIOS AD15

Post by Papuf »

Why is the AD15 bios not complete?
It lacks HHD or SSD disk management, secure boot, keyboard management and lots of things...
There are no updates on the manufacturer's website (drivers or Bios...)
I wonder if I was right to buy this product.

At present, the BIOS of AD15 does not support these functions. If there are any abnormalities during use, please contact us.

I need to turn on Secure boot - what are the options? Otherwise the devices will need to be returned. Is there a way to force Windows to think secure boot is turned on via the registry? Can I update the firmware on the Bios?

Did this issue ever get resolved. I am having the exact same issue. I need to turn on secure boot.

Since we currently have very little information, please provide a video/picture of the failure and Amazon order number to barry@minipcunion.com; we look forward to sharing more details with you via email.

Windows 11 DOES NOT require that Secure Boot be enabled. It requires a Secure Boot capable machine, it does NOT actually require it to be enabled. The AD15 meets that requirement. It appears to Windows as a Secure Boot capable machine even though there is no actual way to enable it in the BIOS.

My concern is that if Microsoft requires Secure Boot to be enabled in the future, then we will be stuck, but for now, it does technically pass all Win 11 requirements.
