my AMD Ryzen5 5600U suddenly stopped to turn on. no lights at all. all troubleshooting steps didn't help. I contacted what's app number that was on my pc. they said to ship my pc to get a replacement. if anybody knows, please confirm that it is legit way to get a replacement. the warehouse address seems weird to me:

Make sure to give the PM a title in Subject line, then compose your message and click Submit. It will sit in the Outbox until the admin reads it.
