Solution 1: Make sure it is the original system
Non-original systems may cause driver or hardware incompatibility
Solution 2: Restore BIOS settings
Before restoring BIOS settings, you need to enter your computer into the BIOS setup screen.To learn more about how to enter the BIOS setup interface, please refer to [How to enter the BIOS setup interface].Use the arrow keys and Enter key on the keyboard to select and confirm
1: Please press the [F9] key/[F3] key on the keyboard
2: Confirm whether you want to restore the BIOS settings to the default values, select Yes and press the [Enter] key on the keyboard.
3: Please press the [F10] key/[F4] key on the keyboard
4: Confirm whether you want to save the BIOS settings and exit, select Yes and press the [Enter] key on the keyboard
5: The BIOS restore has been completed, and the computer will restart and enter Windows.
Solution 3: Check TPM module
1. Enter the Windows system desktop
2. Use the shortcut key [WIN] + [R]
3. Enter [TPM.msc] and click OK to open and view the TPM status.
Scenario 4: Hardware failure
oIf troubleshooting according to the above methods is invalid;The cause of this failure is analyzed to be: internal hardware failure.It is recommended to contact Amazon’s seller service specialist.
