Ciao, ho bisogno di effettuare un factory reset del Mio ACEPC AK1, o comunque di reinstallare windows.
Nel caso in cui si possa reinstallare windows attraverso un supporto di installazione, devo cliccare su "non ho un codice" e attivare successivamente? La chiave viene recuperata dal bios?
Non vorrei che io adesso reinstallo windows 11 e poi mi dice che non può attivarsi perchè non ha una chiave.

You'd choose "I don't have a code". The unit should activate after installation once you've connected to the net.
However, to be extra sure this is the case, it would be best to sign into your Microsoft account so the current Windows Activation is not only logged on Microsoft's Activation servers, but your Microsoft account as well. This way, after the clean install and connection to the net, you have two servers verify your unit so that the Activation automatically happens.
You're also going to want to save your drivers before doing this so that you have them for installation afterward. You can save them to a USB flash drive. They're located in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore, and the folder you want to save is "FileRepository". It'll be anywhere from 2.5GB - 4GB in size, or around that.
With this said, which model of AK1 do you have? What CPU does it have? There may be installation media readily available here which would easier to use and would ensure that everything would go smoothly, including the Activation. If it's not readily available here, the admin or barry can provide it fairly quickly.
