Looks like fedora/rhel doesn't have drivers for it anymore. I see some debian/ubuntu options, but i don't use that distro.

Realtek is a PITA with networking driver support in general (linux or Windows). I had one where it would take down the entire network when I connected a laptop with a realtek chipset to it.

Check your repo to see if they have a precompiled driver for this. Otherwise, https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce is the driver for the wifi I believe. Please make sure to back up your system before messing with the driver in case something goes wrong.
