Is any information available about the motherboard and chipset used in the AMR5?
As others have pointed out, the DMI is populated with values of "Default string" instead of the motherboard model, manufacturer, or chipset that is normally provided.

It is recommended to try to use the latest version of CPU-Z to check the detailed information. Both the CPU and the integrated graphics card are displayed; but since the motherboard is developed by us, the default will be displayed on the motherboard page.
