Ordi reçu aujourd'hui, les premiers pas se passaient bien jusqu'à ce que... Configuration d'empreinte digitale ok, écran suivant propose d'entrer un code pour double sécurité, donc je fais suivant et la plus rien, écran figé à chaque tentative de redémarrage. Qq'un a eu le même souci avec le modèle TK11 CPU Intel core i711390H ? Merci se vous réponses

Same problem, exactly the same problem so we re-installed windows by normal Microsoft recovery procedure but now the TK11 is asking for Win authentication code and we can not get it.
Even if we will use a code what we fear is that the system will hang again, after installing all softwares and loosing several working hours.
Looks like that the double safety hangs windows.

Did you use the installation files available here, or did you use the Reset option within Windows to reinstall the OS?

If the latter, and you haven't yet tried the installation files, I would do so. Though the Product Key should be embedded in the BIOS, it's possible that, for whatever reason, the reinstallation wasn't able to glean it from there.

Edit: For reference, I didn't approve your related reply in the Troubleshooting section as I want to be sure barry sees it in the moderation queue when he comes on.

Avevo re-installato Windows dalla procedura interna di windows, usando quelli probabilmente salvati in automatico nella partizione RECOVERY.
Abbiamo reinstallato windows da USB come da istruzioni, tutto bene, ora non abbiamo piu' il problema del codice di attivazione.
Nelle istruzioni c'e' anche il download dei driver (che ho scaricato e copiato nella USB), dobbiamo installarli?

Ora procediamo al caricamento degli altri programmi, spero non si blocchi come ieri.

Stesso errore, manca il codice e windows non lascia far nulla.
Per un'ora circa non ci sono stati errori e abbiamo continuato a caricare i vari software (tutti NON legati a windows come Chrome, whatsapp, gestore posta ecc) poi e' comparso di nuovo il problema (nella foto allegata).
Appena installato win 11 da usb abbiamo cercato il product key e lo abbiamo salvato ma anche inserendo quel product key non viene considerato valido.
Se non riusciamo a risolvere dovremo rispedire indietro il PC, gia' solo con il tempo perso mi sta costando come un PcGamer.....

Abbiamo contattato il service Microsoft e ci hanno detto quello che gia' sapevamo: il product key del file immagine scaricato e' per una installazione di massa e non puo' essere usato per un privato quindi suggeriscono di richiedere ASAP un product key univoco VALIDO.
Il product key non valido viene segnalato appena ci si connette ad internet.

In that case, I'd contact barry with the information he requested at the email address indicated in his reply. It might also be a good idea to contact the seller.

One of them should be able to help you get a valid Product Key.

Ho contattato il venditore .... nessuna risposta (2giorni)
Ho contattato l'assistenza USA... nessuna risposta alla chat online
Ho contattato l'assistenza in Germania e ho parlato con un tecnico che ha capito il problema e mi ha mandato un product key, peccato che Microsoft me lo abbia rifiutato, ricontattata assistenza... nessuna risposta.
Sono MOLTO pentito di aver preso questo mini PC.
