windows activation issues

Post by greenfx »

I did a fresh install of Win 11 pro on T8 Plus but it is not activating while connected to the internet.
I used showkeyplus to find the win key embedded in the bios but it says there is none.
This is the msg I get :
OEM Key: OEM key not present in firmware

Appreciate assistance on this issue!

Had you set up the unit and connected to the net prior to reinstalling Windows 11? The reason I ask is that, if you did, the Windows 11 Activation of the originally installed system should be logged on Microsoft's Activation servers, and a reinstall should still Activate.

You may want to contact the seller to see if they can provide you with a Windows 11 Pro Product Key.

1. Make sure it is the original factory system (other non-original systems cannot be activated)
2. Connect to the network (wireless or wired network)
Step 1: Search [Activate] on the taskbar and open it
Step 2: Click [Troubleshoot], wait for a while and activate
3. If the above steps are invalid, please contact the Amazon store seller service specialist
