Post by machiros »

hello everyone.

I have a good news... I have GK3plus with intel N95 and 8GB ram and ssd 256GB SATAIII version.... I read a lot about my product... but I decided to try a nvme M2 ssd ( crucial p3 1Tb) and It is working now.... It increase the performance a lot, with combination of crucial ram 16gb ram ddr4 3200mhz

I think is important topic

The real performance gain comes from replacing a subpar no-name SATA to a brand name NVMe. As for the bandwidth, N95 chip only supports PCIe 3.0x1 to your x4 SSD, so the speed increase is mostly from 550 MB/s SATA to about 985 MB/s PCIe 3.0x1.

More importantly, it's the random 4k QD1 performance that has the greatest impact on system responsiveness in day-to-day tasks. Your Crucial is probably miles better than the cheap original OEM M.2 SATA SSD that came with the system.
