Reinstalling Win 11 Pro

I am looking to buy the AD03 with Win 11 Pro pre-installed. I want use PCMover software (or similar) to transfer all files/programs/apps from my old computer having Win 10 to the new computer. I will need the Win 11 PRO product key to reinstall Win 11 Pro to the new computer since after transefer it will have Win 10. Will this work ok, is the Win11 product key included? Thx!
