Has anyone seen a video of how to open, and upgrade an ACE Magician T8 Plus
it's working almost perfect for our use but the SSD needs at least 512GB

I don't know of a video, though there may be one on Youtube somewhere. The trick with this model is getting the cover off. After removing the four screws you'll need to use something thin to get in between the case and the cover where it hangs down in the back, as noted with the red arrows. You've got to pop the cover out in this area in order to free it. Once you get the cover off you'll be able to see four holes, as noted by the yellow arrows in the picture. There are screws in these four holes that you have to remove in order to get inside of it. For the rest I'm going on my memory of taking it apart a couple of months ago, but once you remove those screws and go to remove the insert be careful, as there are antennas leads inside that you don't want to break. You can even turn it over and catch the insert as it drops out, but BE CAREFUL not to let it drop out too far as... again, the antenna leads. Once you do that you'll be able to get to the drive.
