The steps to remove the temporary files do not really make sense.

Another note on what could be useful:
Richt-click on the taskbar and open the Task Manager. If you do not see multible tabs heck the left bottom corner to show more details.
You know see details about the ram and cpu consumption of a process.
If you see anything that is hogging resources you might want to look into that and check if you really need that application installed.

Also a general note. Probably all "speed up tools" do more bad than good for your device.
