Windows 11 not recognizing my key

I got my PC set it up and there is a message that tells me that my windows isn’t activated.
Please help
I tried to troubleshoot. Says it doesn’t recognize my hardware.

I'd contact either the seller from where you bought it, or after sales support at
support@kamrui.com, or both.

Glovesq - please let us know what you find out. If you fixed this, had to contact support, or so on. It might help other users.
Obvious question - it says it didn't recognise your hardware. Did you change anything in the system?

It is recommended that you contact the seller through the Amazon purchase order interface to resolve Windows activation issues.
