Are you sure it's the original system? (Is the headset microphone working normally on other devices?)
1. In System-Sound-Output-Switch Device.
2. Try to update the driver package: restart after updating.
3. Settings - Windows Update - Advanced Options - Optional Updates, restart after the update is complete
4. Reinstall the system.

thanks 4 replay me
I did a clean install and then updated the drivers with driver buster.
theri isn't other device in system-sound output.
i already tried to put those drivers but windows says best driver is already installed.
to this I ask someone who has the AK1 pro like me, to post the mic setting screen from devices manager.

1. Check whether your USB microphone device needs to install the driver separately
2. I tried the original system to use the USB headset device and it works normally.

I have one of those and I cannot give you any type of information my sound playing does not work and after looking at all these reviews about the sound I'm starting to think that the sound don't exist on mine and don't know who to contact to help me with it

Sound doesn't work and it refused to connect to my Bluetooth I can't get nothing out of this I believe this was a waste of my money because I'm getting nothing and I can't find any help for it

AK1 pro itself has no speaker,
1. You can select external speakers in Settings - Sound - Output -
2. Or you can update the driver to see if it can solve your problem.
