Connected external bluetooth device. Paired with AK1PRO. Worked fine for few days.
After some days not working.
Tried various options, unpair etc. It never paired again.
Thought bluetooth drivers corrupted. Uninstalled.
Now I am not sure what went wrong. Now I am getting

Still not working.

Any place to download the bluetooth drivers.

Installed the drivers. But still I am getting the screen shot where it says Couldn't connect. Issue is not resolved yet. Let me try a couple of options.

1. Update the driver through setting-windows update, then restart and try;
2. Reinstall the system;
If the above steps do not work, please contact an Amazon store service specialist.
