Audio Driver issues CK10 i5-8259u, Windows 10

Hello,

I recently bought the CK10 mini PC on Amazon (EU) delivered with Windows 11.

Without entirely new installing Windows 10 but only downgrading to Windows 10
I'm running into issues with drivers I can not find, as well as the OS can't detect.

The device manager shows one "Unknown device" and "Audio controller for multimedia" with a warning icon before.

Running Windows updates didn't fix the issue.
Downloading the CK10 driver package (linked in this forum) and installing the Realtek Audio driver didn't solve the issue, too.

The audio on Windows 11 was working fine via. HDMI (using my screen).

For some reason I can't find any matching driver and can't get the sound to work again.
The OS simply doesn't find any audio device.

Please refrain from asking me why I'm downgrading to Windows 10 - there are reasons.

Unfortunately, this unit was never released with Windows 10, so as far as I know there are no W10 specific drivers for it.

Hopefully either the admin or a tech will reply with some help. In the meantime, you can also contact after sales support at support@kamrui.com.

Hi, interestingly the Realtek Audio driver itself is named "0009-64bit_Win7_Win8_Win81_Win10_R282.exe".
So I guess the driver itself should also be supported for Windows 10.

I mean watching the attached screenshots, you can see the driver name and details installed on the system.

I'm not sure why the device manager shows an "unknown device" etc. (mentioned before).

Just wanna say, I installed all drivers from the package downloaded (named CK10_drive).

No doubt many of the drivers are the same. I just meant as a specific driver package for the CK10 for Windows 10.

But something's evidently different that isn't allowing the drivers available for the specific device to work with Windows 10.
