I had the same problem but at the end, has worked.
I have a JK06 model, cpu n5100, 265 GB HD and 8 GB RAM. After installing Ubuntu and Debian, several releases, I always obtained the nvram locked message.

I've been able to configure dual boot Windows 11/Ubuntu 22.04 after following these steps:
- In UEMI/BIOS, disable "secure enable" and "fast boot"
- In Windows, uncheck "Fast Start up": https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/win ... 6c1f7ed555
- Install Ubuntu, I use Rufus to burn live USB, UEFI mode. After the installation, I get "nvram locked" message
- Use boot-repair in order to fix GRUB. Use boot-repair iso image and boot from USB to fix GRUB: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/win ... 6c1f7ed555. I get a message of success.

In UEMI, I have now a Ubuntu entry in the Boot tab. I select Ubuntu as first option. After that, GRUB appears but still doesn't detect Windows installation. To fix that, from Ubuntu, edit /etc/default/grub , and add GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER=false. Run sudo update-grub.

My PC now boot from UBUNTU entry in UEMI and diplays in GRUB menu both options, Ubuntu and Windows.

Regards.
