Please provide directions to flash Ubuntu.
You need to follow the instructions on the Ubuntu website. The most common installation method is via USB flash drive.
However, the problem you may run into is drivers. The Ubuntu installation will likely include most of what you need, but you may need to do some searching for specific drivers.
