Won't turn on

I have literally had this for Less than 4 hours. Now it won't even turn on after I did the Windows updates. What's going on

That's odd.

I suggest trying a BIOS discharge on the unit to see if that helps. The instructions are in the video below. The video is for a different model, but the instructions are still the same.

The blue light for about 30 seconds, flashes once then turns off.

In that case I'd contact after sales support at support@kamrui.com, as it does sound like there's something wrong.

Is it stuck on the activation interface and has not entered the system desktop? Still can't boot after updating through windows?

Blue light on the Front comes on so it has power. Nothing beyond that. I tried the discharge

If there is a problem during the update process, there may be an error in the Windows system. It is recommended to reinstall the system.

I can't reinstall anything. It powers up, and that's it. Doesn't display. Doesn't go to bios screen. Doesn't get locked. It just turns on, that's it

Forcing the shutdown of the PC during startup, three times in a row, should launch a fault search. Try this and let us know. Regards. ;)
