First of all, please check if the sound driver is normal in the device manager. If it is abnormal, there is usually a yellow exclamation mark to remind you. If everything is fine, please switch the output device at the bottom right corner of sound.
The CK10 itself does not have speakers, so if you want sound, you should have a stereo or headphones to connect to the CK10.
