Bluetooth does not find any devices

The point is, that my AMR 5 does not find any bluetooth device, but Wi-Fi works altright. Could anyone provide a link for a bluetooth driver, please?

Is the Bluetooth showing that it's currently on?

Does the Device Manager indicate that anything's amiss with the Bluetooth driver? When trying to update it automatically, does it show that the 'best driver is already installed', or whatever the wording is?

I don't think the admin has posted the Windows installation file or drivers for the AMR5 as of yet, or at least not that I can find, but hopefully he or someone else may have a solution.

Yes, it seems everything is OK with hardware, but bluetooth devices do not connect: neither mouse, nor keyboard. It even does not list devices while scanning.

There is "Bluetooth Radio" in the path "Bluetooth & Devices" --> "Devices". After clicking on 3 dots it displays only to "Remove item" option. After this, my bluetooth driver uninstalls and I've have to reinstall it again. After reinstalling the driver it does not see any devices again

It definitely looks like you're missing the driver. The following is what is shown for my AMR5...

I'd upload the driver from the Driver Store File Repository on my AMR5 to Google Drive, but I don't have a clue as to which one it is, and there are literally hundreds of drivers in that folder. However, in lieu of the admin providing the driver for you, and in case it might help, this is what's shown for the driver info...

But what Wi-Fi adapter do you have? Realtek?
