I'd contact after sales support at
service@kamrui.com, as from what you're showing there may be something wrong with the system drive.

Yes. Seeing "The system cannot find the drive specified" is what makes me think there could be something wrong with it, but that's just a guess. The drive might very well be fine and the problem could be the result of something else.
