Screen Issues.

Hi there, I have just started using the AK1 as a desktop PC.
The monitor I am using is full HD but the resolution is dreadful. Films/videos are ok, not perfect but passable, but the text is awful and I am struggling to read what's on screen. The text appears grainy and distorted and everything is rather grey, it's like the prehistoric days of using a ZX81!
Are the two incompatible or is there a way I can change settings to make this usable. . . . or is this going to be returned to the seller?

Thanks, I have done this already and also changed the HD settings on the TV to a lower setting to try and fix it 's still not great.
I have a new monitor on order and if that doesn't work then I will have to return the ACE PC.
Any other ideas?

I believe the fault you described should be a problem with the monitor.
Our AK1 product supports 4K resolution, it is no problem to show this.
