T11 usb3/SATA not enough power, BIOS Advanced

Post by Unvelero »

Hello,
I installed the SSD disk 500 GB into slot SATA inside the T11. (USB3/SATA port)
Also I have connected keyboard to USB-2 and mouth to USB-2
The USB3/SATA port is connecting/disconnecting every few seconds.
I tested another HDD and this SSD on another PC, they are working well so the problem is inside the ACEPC T11

I suppose that the problem with the power, the SSD disk require 1.0 A, the standard USB-3 port supply 0.9 A.
I want to increase the power of USB-3 port in BIOS.
But your current version of BIOS does not have the ADVANCE option.

Please advice how I can get the BIOS with ADVANCE options ? or recommend me another solution.

Thank you.

1. Please try to unplug and unplug the hard drive again
2. If the fault reappears, it is recommended to try a new hard drive.
3. If the above method is invalid, follow the post-sale process. service@iacepc.com

Hi, I tested various HD, which was working on another PC, but nothing.
I am in contact with Nick from service, probably need to replace the unit.
