"Auto Repair" cannot enter the system problem

After Win10 is updated, it is prompted that "Auto Repair" cannot enter the system. The problem is caused by Microsoft's February security update. How to uninstall it, please refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Change Secure Boot from Enabled to Disabled in the Security tab of the BIOS. The specific operations are as follows:
1. Enter the BIOS mode: After clicking restart, press the DEL key during the restart process to enter the BIOS interface.
2. After entering the BIOS, change Secure Boot from Enabled to Disabled in the Security tab, press F10 to select Yes, save and exit.
