ACEPC AK1 UEFI Network Boot

CPU: INTEL APOLLO LAKE CELERON J3455
RAM: 4GB
ROM: 64GB
WIFI: 2.4/5GHz
HDD: Support 2.5" HDD (up to 2T) [unpopulated]
Objective is to use Windows Deployment Services (WDS) to image with Windows 10 x64 at scale.
Currently struggling to enable UEFI Network boot. I cannot find any official documentation for this model. UEFI Network appears in BOOT Priorities, but cannot find how to initiate network boot. I have discovered that booting with F7 enters boot device selection menu, but Network Boot does not appear. Attached photo of current BIOS boot settings. Can anyone help?
