hello, I bought this product. after a few minutes of use it freezes. I can only unlock it by forcing the shutdown with the power button. it also gets stuck on the shutdown screen every time the system is shut down. The amazon assistance suggested me to update the bios.

I suspect Amazon is trying to give you extremely generic "help" by suggesting a BIOS update. I'm not sure if one is available for the CK2, as searching the forum didn't help much.

Can you explain more about what you do at the time it freezes, and just how it freezes? Can you make sure it's on the latest Windows updates? Do you see anything in the Event logs that show what happened right before it locked up?

The basic cause of the system freezing is a software problem. It is recommended that you reinstall the windows system, which can usually be solved. If the problem still occurs after reinstalling the system, you can only contact ACEPC after-sales service to help you solve it.
