Right.
Flashed my v1.25 GK3v box. All went well. Secure Boot was enabled by default. Upon entering Windows I had to verify my ID as my PIN was no longer valid. Got through all that & check Activation. All ok. Rebooted a couple o times & thought quite slow. As I dual boot with Zorin 16 Pro (Supports Secure Boot) thought I'd check that. To my astonishment the wifi had stopped working. Rebooted turned off Secure Boot. I'm now getting faster start up times & my wifi under Zorin 16 Pro is working again.

After reading your problem with wifi, I just checked on mine and it's working great

I don't have any problems with the wifi, it works perfectly. And booting with Windows 11 is faster than with Windows 10

Its was the Linux Zorin 16 Pro wifi that stopped working. Disabling Secure Boot cured that. Windows wifi was fine under Secure Boot.

My BIOS says under "Project Version" : GK1V25 0.01 x64

Do I still need to take my GK3v apart and check the motherboard to see if it is compatible with this BIOS update?

Thats the same version as mine. It should flash without any problems
I didn't check the board as the version was the same as my bios.

Hi all,

And what about the other users of GK3V with a motherboard GK1_V24A ?
Can we hope for an BIOS update to have secure boot ?

You probably can't. See here the model of your motherboard.

Hello, it should be noted that currently, only motherboards that are 21 years old can be refreshed in the BIOS. Due to the large number of motherboard versions, we can no longer find motherboards before 2020 for testing. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, you can upgrade directly through the image file. GK3 can run the Win11 system perfectly, so you don't need to worry about the difference in the upgrade method.
