On board SSD Failed

My PC is less than 12 months old and the onboard SSD drive has failed. I have tried to recover it using a USB boot device to troubleshoot the issue and I cannot format the HDD or update the FW on the drive to try and recover the PC. How do I get a replacement drive? What is the warranty process?

After PMing the admin to be sure, I found out that the after sales support email address has changed from service@ to support@kamrui.com, so I changed it above.
