To open the timeline, select "Task View" on the taskbar, or press the Windows logo key + Tab. Scroll down to find the content you want to jump back to, and then select the item you want to jump back to.

In the timeline, scroll down to the day you want to view in more detail, and select "View all events" next to the date.
Choose who to sync with your timeline
If you share a computer, the activities of other users will be displayed in the timeline. Hide his account in "Settings"> "Privacy"> "Activity History"> "Show activity from these accounts".
Change timeline privacy settings
